We take pride in presenting our perfumes as they are — with detailed descriptions and clear photos. While scent is a personal experience, our team works to give you the most accurate representation possible.

3. Orders & Payments 

- We accept secure payments through trusted gateways. 

- All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any). 

- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking updates every step of the way.

4. Shipping 

- We process all orders within 1–2 working days. 

- Nationwide delivery is usually completed within 3–5 business days.

- Shipping is free on orders over a specified amount (check homepage banner for current offers).

5. Hassle-Free Refunds 

Your satisfaction matters. 

- If your perfume is less than 20% used and the bottle and packaging are undamaged, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. 

- We’ll gladly exchange or refund the item based on your concern. 

- Please note: Returns are not accepted on testers, trial sizes, or gift sets unless damaged.
