Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day. 

- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days 

- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in selected areas) 

- Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

- Free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 4000 (within Pakistan). 

- Orders below this threshold may incur a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout. 

- International shipping (if offered) is subject to separate rates and customs duties.

Delivery Areas

- Currently, we ship across Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced soon. 

- Ensure your address and contact number is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Tracking Your Order

- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status. 

- You can also track your order directly through our website.

Delays & Issues

- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen courier issues.
