At Floriscent, we are committed to delivering exceptional fragrances and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—under certain conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product usage must be less than 20%
- The bottle and packaging must be undamaged, clean, and in resalable condition.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are valid for regular-priced items only. Sale items or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible for Refund
- Used perfume bottles with more than 20% usage.
- Damaged, broken, or leaking bottles.
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
- Custom or limited-edition items.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email floriscentpk@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product.
2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll share return instructions.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
